My name is Vicky Moran, I’m a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist and owner of VM Perfect Brows; my dream was to have a career in the Beauty Industry. I’ve always been fascinated in the transformative experience of the makeup and the potential it holds for self expression and self confidence.

Now as a PMU Artist, I’m here to provide to my clients my knowledge and experience.

What I Do

Ombré Powder Brows is a semi-permanent eyebrow styling technique that uses a small tattoo machine to place extremely thin dots of pigments into the skin, creating a soft shaded brows pencil look.
